New eSearch Superior Property Workshop
20th August, 2008
Property buyers can gain an edge over their competition, with the launch of a new eSearch property workshop available for all Victorians.
Creator of the new eSearch Superior Property workshop, Ben Kingsley, said the new property workshop is a first in Victoria to showcase the true benefits of the hidden treasure websites that often make the difference between a great buy and a lemon.
“The eSearch Superior Property workshop is aimed at all home buyers from investors to first home buyers, as it provide attendees with a great research starting point for those looking to buy the best property at the right price,” Ben said.
“The 2.5 hour workshop will demonstrate over 35 internet sites, including the popular real estate websites but also less known, information rich sites that could help buyers save countless wasted hours from having to visit actual property sites that don’t stack, once you have this knowledge.”
“The eSearch Superior Property workshop will help all potential buyers gain better knowledge and a competitive advantage when buying, while also cutting down on your searching time in the process. The workshop will even provide you access to information that could help you identify the next hot location and how to better understand the purchasing & negotiating process.”
Ben added that he developed the eSearch Superior Property workshop because he saw a need for greater public education towards understanding more of the key driving forces which make property values increase over the longer term.
“The fundamental research tools explored in the workshop are generally universally accepted, whether you are looking to buy a home for $200,000 or $ 2 million, the principles for superior locations & properties are usually the same,” he said.
“It’s important that when people are looking to buy a new property they undertake their own due diligence on things such as location, infrastructure, socio-demographics, historical price trends, planning regulations, accommodation styles, population, employment and household trends.
“I certainly would not be relying on the selling agent’s opinion on the area or property in question, that’s for sure! Unfortunately, that is what most people do and it is a huge mistake which could result in buying an inferior property in a bad location.”
The eSearch Superior Property workshop is $99 p/p and includes a 60+ page workbook covering all the sites demonstrated.
The next workshop is running on Wednesday 26th August. For more information and to book this workshop, visit the Empower Wealth website: www.empowerwealth.com.au and follow the links.
