Empower Wealth launches new Employee Benefits Education Program
March 27th, 2009

During this period of economic uncertainty, both employers and employees need to develop a greater understanding of money management strategies and techniques to help them ride out these tough times.

Employees are dealt with a difficult hand in uncertain times, as they balance the need for cost cutting with the need to retain quality staff.  Why? Because history tells them good economic times will again return and the skills, experience and abilities of quality staff will be required. With costs of re-hiring and re-training easily running into the tens of thousands of dollars, some businesses may never recover from the loss of valued employees and the loss of potential income.

In an effort to take some of the stress away from employees, so they can concentrate on operating their businesses, Empower Wealth has developed a new Employees Benefit  Education Program, designed to assist business with helping their staff manage their own personal financial affairs in these tough times, which may alleviate the pressure placed on employers to provide wage increases.

Ben Kingsley the founding director of Empower Wealth put it this way - “In these difficult times businesses need to make sure they maintain the right staff on their books, yet with reducing revenues wages increases may not be possible, so businesses need to think outside the box.  One way to do this is to provide your staff with access to professionals who can help them better manage their home finances.  This means, mortgage, cash flow, credit cards, bills etc.  Businesses who take the time to provide their staff with access, during work hours or at the very least on their work breaks, to education on how to better manage their money and finances, is like giving their staff a pay rise, without actually having to”.

Empower Wealth’s new Employees Benefits Program is pure education on various money and finance topics ranging from the basics of understanding money right through to the different investment options.

“Our program is designed to offer employees the ability to review the educational content and select what they believe are appropriate topics for which they want their workshop to focus on - A real tailor made approach” said Ben.

The workshops are facilitated by Ben Kingsley, who has presented to thousands of people over the past few years on topics, ranging from Money, Investing & Finance to First Home Buyers and Introduction to Investing in Property.

Empower Wealth is a Wealth Education,  Money Management and Finance Broking services business, that provides informative workshops on a variety of topics.  Their educational services are independent and unbiased in their content, as their focus is to pass on their knowledge and experience so attendees can make a more informed and educated decision relating to money, debt and possibly investing.

New eSearch Superior Property Workshop
20th August, 2008

Property buyers can gain an edge over their competition, with the launch of a new eSearch property workshop available for all Victorians.

Creator of the new eSearch Superior Property workshop, Ben Kingsley, said the new property workshop is a first in Victoria to showcase the true benefits of the hidden treasure websites that often make the difference between a great buy and a lemon.

“The eSearch Superior Property workshop is aimed at all home buyers from investors to first home buyers, as it provide attendees with a great research starting point for those looking to buy the best property at the right price,” Ben said.

“The 2.5 hour workshop will demonstrate over 35 internet sites, including the popular real estate websites but also less known, information rich sites that could help buyers save countless wasted hours from having to visit actual property sites that don’t stack, once you have this knowledge.”

“The eSearch Superior Property workshop will help all potential buyers gain better knowledge and a competitive advantage when buying, while also cutting down on your searching time in the process. The workshop will even provide you access to information that could help you identify the next hot location and how to better understand the purchasing & negotiating process.”

Ben added that he developed the eSearch Superior Property workshop because he saw a need for greater public education towards understanding more of the key driving forces which make property values increase over the longer term.

“The fundamental research tools explored in the workshop are generally universally accepted, whether you are looking to buy a home for $200,000 or $ 2 million, the principles for superior locations & properties are usually the same,” he said.

“It’s important that when people are looking to buy a new property they undertake their own due diligence on things such as location, infrastructure, socio-demographics, historical price trends, planning regulations, accommodation styles, population, employment and household trends.

“I certainly would not be relying on the selling agent’s opinion on the area or property in question, that’s for sure! Unfortunately, that is what most people do and it is a huge mistake which could result in buying an inferior property in a bad location.”

The eSearch Superior Property workshop is $99 p/p and includes a 60+ page workbook covering all the sites demonstrated.

The next workshop is running on Wednesday 26th August.  For more information and to book this workshop, visit the Empower Wealth website: www.empowerwealth.com.au and follow the links.
