We started this business to provide an alternative service that we believe is not currently available in the marketplace. As our name suggests, we are passionate about empowering people to create and achieve their desired level of wealth, through residential property.

We take great pride in passing on our key learnings in the area of property and finance to our private clients, because we believe “education without experience is just theory and experience without continued practise, is a lost skill”.  

Our motivation stems from wanting to offer our clients an unbiased and professional property investment experience in relation to residential property selection. 

We are concerned that there are other property investment operators who are either selling, or are associated with, particular developments or investment schemes. Many buyers are not aware that some of these operators receive some type of referral payment, or commission kickback with each sale.  Empower Wealth do not receive referral payments or commission kickbacks as we don’t recommend certain properties or developments.
