Self Managed Super Fund Seminar

Do YOU want to PAY LESS TAX, and potentially have more wealth for your retirement?

  • If you pay 30 cents as your marginal tax rate, you could give yourself a 50% tax cut but salary sacrificing some of your income into super.  Even more if your tax rate is higher!

  • Also a SMSF structures can accommodate NEGATIVE GEARING TAX BENEFITS through leveraged (geared) direct property investments, saving you even more tax!

  • Did you know that once the fund is eligible & actioned into a pension phase status, then all the income & capital gains (if you sell the property) ARE TAX FREE!
  •

Do YOU want to buy an Investment Property with your SUPER?

  • Consider owning your own investment property through your super, using your 9% compulsory contribution – That’s right NO impact on your household cash flow today, and you are potentially providing further growth your wealth base for retirement using an SMSF

  • Furthermore you can leverage / Gear this investment so that you could get as much as 6 times the leverage I.e. $1 invested in super could potentially control an investment asset worth $6, which is compounding in value over the term of your super fund

  • Did you know that YOU AND UP TO 3 OTHERS CAN COMBINE YOUR SUPER MONIES to form YOUR OWN SMSF?

  • Did you know a combined  superfund of over $150,000 could PURCHASE AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY WORTH $450,000 AND WITH 4 MEMBERS CONTRIBUTING THEY COULD OWN IT OUTRIGHT IN UNDER 8 YEARS & the super fund gets to enjoy and RE-INVEST THE ONGOING RENTAL INCOME continuing to build your retirement wealth base

Why should you attend?

If any of the following statements are of interest to you or apply to you and your super, then this event is an absolute must attend:

-          You want greater control over your investments

-          You want more investment choices/options

-          You’re not happy with the performance of your superannuation and think you could do a better job yourself

-          You want lower fees

-          You want to ability to sensibly leverage your investments to accelerate your potential growth and wealth outcomes

-          You want to consider buying a residential property within your super fund

-          You want the option and ability to transfer personal assets into your super fund

-          You want the option to combine family assets and develop effective and legal strategies to transfer assets/wealth between family members

-          You want improved tax outcomes and ongoing management

31.8% of all superannuation funds are held in SMSF.  It represents the largest sector within the super fund industry and is the fastest growing sector.  Furthermore, a Commonwealth Government report titled ‘A Statistical Summary of Self Managed Superannuation Funds’, based on ATO & APRA data, showcased that SMSF members on average had better returns from their investments than all other super funds in 2006, 2007 & 2008 (the report was compiled in 2009). So given the growth in the sector, maybe SMSF have outperformed in 2009 & 2010 as well?

The report also noted that on average the SMSF members paid lower fees than industry and retail funds.  So is it a fair observation that the ‘wise, informed and wealthy people’ have their super money in a SMSF or are moving it into this sector to benefit from all the reasons stated above?

Before you make that decision yourself you need to become better educated in regards to SMSF, as it is your financial future, your standard of living and quality of life in retirement that’s at question here.
